Delivery Fees
5/6ft – 8/9ft tree $33 (w/gst) per tree.
9/10ft – 11/12ft tree $55 (w/gst) per tree.

Delivery to Sentosa
Only available on Sundays. Same delivery fees above apply.

Delivery to Marina Bay Sands area
All tree heights surcharge $100 (w/gst) per tree. Our team will contact you to process the surcharge fee.

Staircase Fees
5/6ft – 8/9ft tree $10 per floor / per tree.
9/10ft – 11/12ft tree $15 per floor / per tree.

Limited to 3 floors only; Surcharge applies when lift access is denied and / or Courier has to manually carry the tree(s) to the destination.

Tree Disposal Fees
5/6ft – 8/9ft tree $40 (w/gst) per tree.
9/10ft – 11/12ft tree $80 (w/gst) per tree.

Tree Disposal Fees from Marina Bay Sands area
5/6ft – 8/9ft tree $140 (w/gst) per tree.
9/10ft – 11/12ft tree $180 (w/gst) per tree.

The delivery timing will be anytime between 9am - 6pm on your selected delivery date. We regret to inform you that we do not deliver to remote and/or restricted areas such as Army Camps, Airports, PSA ports, Embassies and Jurong Island. Our Noble Fir Christmas trees are natural, fresh products with its own individual characteristics and will not necessarily have a uniform shape. Tree sizes are approximate. Height is measured from the top tip to the base of the trunk. Price includes a tree stand. Do note that we will only be accepting refunds or exchanges for unhealthy trees. Variance in height, shape and fullness of Christmas trees will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
